Safety Center & Standards
Part A: Lovink Online & Offline Dating Safety Tips
Connecting with new people is exciting, but your well-being comes first. Follow these essential safety recommendations whenever using Lovink or meeting someone in real life.
1. Protecting Personal Information
Never share sensitive personal information with someone you have just met online. Keep your financial details, home address, workplace location, financial status, and personal identification numbers private.
- Do not post your phone number, social security number, or home address on your public profile.
- Keep communications on the Lovink messaging platform until you have established trust.
- Be cautious of users who pressure you for personal contact information immediately.
2. Safe First Meetings
When you decide to meet a match in person for the first time:
- Meet in Public Places: Always choose a populated, well-lit public location such as a coffee shop, restaurant, or popular park. Never meet at a private residence or isolated location for a first date.
- Control Your Transportation: Arrange your own transportation to and from the date so you remain in control of your arrival and departure at all times.
- Stay Sober: Keep a clear mind during first meetings and never leave your drinks or personal belongings unattended.
3. Informing a Trusted Person
Before heading out on a date, tell a friend or family member about your plans:
- Share where you are going, who you are meeting (name and profile details), and when you expect to return.
- Set up a check-in call or message with your trusted contact during or after the date.
- Keep your mobile phone fully charged and easily accessible.
4. Recognizing Scams & Financial Protection
NEVER send money, wire transfers, gift cards, or financial assistance to anyone you meet on a dating app.
Be alert to common romance scam indicators:
- Users who profess strong love or affection very quickly before meeting in person.
- Users who claim to be stuck abroad, serving overseas, or experiencing sudden financial emergencies requiring money.
- Users who try to move the conversation off Lovink immediately to encrypted third-party apps to evade moderation.
5. Handling Harassment, Blocking & Reporting
If a user makes you feel uncomfortable, sends offensive messages, or engages in harassment:
- Block the User: Tap the options icon on the user's profile or chat screen and select Block User. Blocking prevents them from contacting you, viewing your profile, or seeing your matches.
- Report the User: Tap Report to notify our moderation team immediately. Select the appropriate reason (e.g., Harassment, Inappropriate Content, Fake Profile, Underage User, or Spam).
6. Photo Verification & Profile Authenticity
Look for verified profile badges on Lovink. We encourage users to complete photo verification to confirm profile authenticity. Before meeting in person, consider having a quick video call with your match to confirm their identity.
7. Emergency Guidance
If you ever feel unsafe, threatened, or in danger while on a date, leave the situation immediately. Ask a staff member (such as a bartender or server) at the venue for assistance, or call your local emergency emergency services immediately (such as 911, 112, or 100).
Part B: Child Safety Standards & CSAE Prohibition
Lovink is strictly committed to protecting children and preventing child abuse. Lovink strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind.
1. Absolute Prohibition of CSAE and CSAM

Minors under 18 years of age are not permitted to register, create profiles, or access dating features on Lovink. Accounts belonging to or attempting to represent minors will be removed immediately.
3. Detection, Moderation & Enforcement
Lovink employs automated safety mechanisms (including automated photo classification filters) and dedicated human review queues to prevent, identify, and remove non-compliant content.
Any account or content found or suspected to violate Child Safety Standards will be subjected to immediate account termination, IP ban, and permanent blacklisting.
4. Mandatory Reporting to Authorities
In compliance with global legal requirements, Lovink reports any identified instances of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or child exploitation to relevant law enforcement agencies and international child protection bodies, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
